Is this a walkway or the road into Mountain Lakes House or CP North?

It's a walkway on the paved path that leads from the parking lot towards cherry hill. It's past the amphitheater. There are several areas where it's extremely uneven along a 20 foot stretch of the path. My toddler fell today and I imagine older residents might also have difficulty with this stretch of path (and they might not be as fall-resilient as a two year old...).
