Description
The Pedestrian Lights (PED heads) have Not functioned for 2 months. Each morning and evening, I see groups of pedestrians doing their best to calculate when it might be safe to cross Ft. Meyer Drive. This intersection is a pedestrian casualty or fatality waiting to happen.
