Description

There has been 2 people living in a white conversion van parked across from the St Pete Beach library for about a month. They urinate in the open lot next to van, they have plugged in there cell phones to charge in the aoartment building outdoor outlets. Last night around 10:30 the girl tried the library doors to see if it was unlocked. The van has not moved the whole time. It is parked behind a boat.
