Description

There is an iron plate with a ring attached for picking up and moving which has been on the west side of Dunlavy St. on the H-E-B Montrose Store side. It has created noise pollution every time a car crosses it for several months; however we were out of town for the weekend and since returning the noise has become much louder. It is totally out of hand and goes on 24 hours a day. Rush hours are horrendous. This needs to stop. If the City of Houston is responsible they are not doing their job!!!!! I am attaching a video with only an average size car crossing larger vehicles, pickups and trucks are much, much louder!!!!
