I understand the concept of City bike lanes, but the funds spent on installing them are thrown away if the lanes are NOT plowed (maintained) in the winter time. Often I encounter bikes in the CAR lanes because the City installed bike lanes are under snow. If the bike is in my car lane when there's a separate bike lane (though under snow), why even spend the money to have a bike lane in the first place...seems counter-intuitive does it not?

The city also closed my issue with a 'completed' comment regarding a red light camera request. Nothing has changed at all. I reopened the issue and asked for explanation. No response. These one word responses could not be more indicative of the way the city responds to the public.
I love the idea from JUST PAY YOUR TAXES. Could not agree more ; )
