This is not trash. This is a homeless person. They are not hazardous or trash and if you dislike it please move somewhere else where compassion isn't required.
This is not trash, it's a woman's belongings. There is nothing hazardous about it. She is just trying to live. Let her live in peace, she is not hurting anyone.
Ditto what the above commenters stated. This homeless person is doing their best to live and protect their belongings in the tidiest of manners. Imagine if you had to fit everything you owned under a tarp. How you can state this is hazardous is unbelievable. Do you just find yourself walking into things without looking? It's not even on the sidewalk, it's completely on the cobbled extension of the park. Do you just find yourself walking into things without looking? Your viewpoint is what's hazardous.
