As a taxpayer I am truly dismayed at the lack of interest the Law Enforcement community has shown in taking care of our American River Parkway. This area is infested with bums, derelicts and criminals that know they can get away with it because most of the general public doesn't see them and law enforcement doesn't view it as a law enforcement issue.
