I thought the common property extends in 10 feet from the street which would include the tree. Is this incorrect? Thank you.

Hi Mr. Littman! The tree is located in the 10 foot utility easement which is located within your property line. I will be happy to send you the tree survey that helped make the determination. Thank you!
