Scofflaws park daily in this alley, between Monroe and Adams, west of Racine. This makes it hazardous to turn in and out of the alley. It also makes it so you have to back out onto Monroe if you turn in and find yourself facing a car head-on. This area is heavily trafficked by nannies, students, seniors, cyclists, joggers and dogwalkers. Parking in the alley makes it dangerous for all, particularly at the blind corner behind 1217 W. Monroe.
