Huge potholes are located under the bridge, making them hard to see (and avoid).

This is a series of bad pavement and potholes in the shadow of the underpass. Cyclists taking a left onto State Street are forced to move into the travel lane, at a curve, in the shadow of the underpass and over exceptionally damaged asphalt. This situation represents a serious hazard to cyclist.
