A. "No parking anytime" sign is posted incorrectly: there's no restriction anywhere on Ogden except north of Congress (see JC Code of Ordinances, 332-22: "Ogden Ave: East side: Congress St to dead end"). Please remove the sign. Please also do internal investigation why the sign was posted in the first place, and why city officers are so eager to enforce this that they are writing tickets for this at 7am in the morning (officer ID 7245) despite this being a rogue sign.
