Since last April, I have been working with the grading inspectors regarding water runoff that was created as result of the grading that was being done at the new house located on 708 Bay Front Avenue in North Beach Park. When the final grading was done, the water was dispersed. I discussed the result with the inspector noting that nothing had done to prevent the runoff. I was informed since there was no water, there was no problem. While it hasn’t rained, I came home Saturday to discover water standing on my property. Someone had been watering the sod at 708 and some of the water had runoff.
