Description

the entire block from Brook to Beal on n. central is treacherous to walk or bike, crater like potholes, people parking in every direction, And as reported before, Jack Conway co, Cars are constantly blocking sidewalks. Add the 211 bus and there is no place to go.Not a new issue here.
