Description
Cut & Kicked poles have to be removed by the Utility Company that owns them. Currently the City doesn't have much leverage to get these removed more quickly. I have been in touch with DPW about this issue, and perhaps in the future the City can apply more pressure to address this issue.
HOWEVER, the poles must be empty to be removed, and the CITY must remove their Street Lights and any Signage. Please report these issues so that the City can do it's part which is necessary before "Cut & Kicked" poles can be removed.

BTW, the streetlight has been removed from this pole BUT the Street Signs have not yet been. There needs to be better coordination between DPW, Engineering & TT&P regarding this issue. DPW did the Street Light move, but I was told either Engineering or TT&P has to move the Street Signs.
