All City lights are working.

All lights are working, but one is missing. This is the only pole in this block that does not have a light, so the sidewalk is very dark at this location.

Bor (Odin's dad), can you please provide a pole number so we can identify the location you are referring to. As I mentioned above, the address provided is not valid for Brook Rd. The technicians will drive to an area they may suspect is the area you are referring to, if the lights in that suspected area are operational the ticket will be closed again. A pole number or proper address or intersection would assist us in addressing your issue properly. Thank you.

The lots here are hard to pinpoint because its along the old azalea mall site. Closest address I can find on the Click Fix map is 5010 Brook Road. It's the only pole in this stretch from Azalea to Westbrook that does not have a fixture on the pole, so it should be easy to see.
