2 adult Pitt Bulls coraling disabled elderly man with a walker. Man was screaming for help. I helped by making loud sounds to stop them from dragging the man across the fence. One of the dog had a hold of his coat. Once the other dog heard me he began to bark and come after me. Luckily the owner, a women came out and called them into the house. These dogs are dangerous and are often out of the fenced area. There seems to be young puppies as i later saw a 10 to 12 week old puppy come out of the fenced area. I would hate to see anyone several hurt by these dogs.

White Pit bull out of fenced area and out site of owners. Nearly attacked a man and his small dog. Husband intervened. Dog chases after my husband. Husband runs to owner door. Now what is the city going to do to resolve this dangerous situation? Owners have been warned once already that we know of.

Another incident today of unattended white Pit Bull outside attacking man walking his small dog before another person intervened. How many warnings do the irresponsible owners get? Someone is going to get severely hurt by these dogs.
