Could someone get back to me regarding whether or not the sidewalk's are a resident's responsibility? I suspect not since the plows routinely go over the curb and sidewalk in front of my house but I'd like clarification so I can repair the sidewalk if maintenance falls to the resident. Thanks.

I find it embarrassing that this issue has been opened for 1,321 days with no response since 7/17/17. I'm not expecting the work to be done immediately but the courtesy of a response would be nice.
