Opis

There has been a very large dump pile on the top shelf of Hyland Park for the last week. I mentioned it to a DPW Supervisor parked in the park the first day I saw it (one week ago) but nothing was done and the gentleman suggested someone else would see it at some point. Luckily the little bike ride in Hyland Park was stopped...I can't imagine the mix of people using the park and this trash, it gives me the vapors.
