Description

There is a huge hole cut out of the middle of the street. Hubbard Ave between Griggs and Seminary. Traffic will not be able to pass if anyone parks next to it. Plows will not be able to get down the street. The signs marking the hole are no longer blinking causing a few near misses with vehicles driving down the road. This needs to be replaced ASAP.
