homeless encampments, they are destroying the neighborhood, drugs, prostitution, cars and properties are their daily targets. car jack was used to jack open iron fences, crowbar to pry doors. And stolen goods are used to exchange for a few crack puffs
trash is everywhere.
nightly screaming insanity.
please remove them and remove permanently.

Oh your city leaders are here they just do live by any of the encampments. The encampments, the illegal dumping and the ubiquitous tagging and spray vandalism they are completely blind to.

Some one went by took a few pluses changed a some diapers maybe had a load garbage picked up brought some new tents and sleeping bags to replace the soiled ones and closed it problem solved. NOT!!!

This kind of says, that public works is being told not too clean up, unwilling to clean up, or the city just doesn't care. Who id's being held accountable for closing issues that aren't fixed, obviously nobody.
