Description

The owner of 845 Stonehaven Lane mentions a tree has grown up completely around a street light pole, so much so the utility companies dont even notice it while doing maintenance. This also leaves the cul-de-sac dark at night. The tree may in fact be in the City owned Right-of-Way as its only a foot or two off the curb
