Sporadic drug dealing has been going on at Greenwich Ave. at various locations between First & Second Sts. for 20 years. Current hot spot is corner of First & Greenwich

loitering, drug use, drug selling also going on in front of Eddy's, corner of Howard Ave. & Second St. [This wasn't a problem when police cruiser used to park here much of the evening.]

There now are 2 pairs of sneakers hanging from the utility wires at that intersection: traditional marker for a place to buy drugs...
