The crossing lights at the intersection are set to give a very long green to N/S traffic and a very very short green for E/W...however the pushbutton which I always thought would shorten this cycle to allow you to get across to catch a bus for example DONT DO A DARN THING.... and often the bus sails by....Is this Normal ? How about buttons that actually work? or why spend the money to install them???
