Re: Neighborhood Eyesore
On the east side of the Bay Villa Apartment Complex (2150 - 62nd Terrace So.), there is a strip of land that extends from 62nd Avenue on the north to 62nd Place on the south. It is about 40-ft wide. It is overgrown and has become a dumping ground for brush and building material waste. Not only is it an eyesore to the neighborhood, it is a health hazard as it provides an ideal haven and nesting grounds for rats and other vermin.
It is requested the necessary action be taken to rectify this situation.
