Description

At the corner of 2nd & Swan St where the utility pole/wires were knocked down and replaced a few weeks back, there is a big dirt hole that needs to be filled in near the pole. The pole is on 2 pieces of wood as a temporary fix I believe, but with the snow coming this winter and the plows, I can see this being a problem if not properly repaired.
