Due to parked cars and trees, it is difficult for cars on E Clay St to safely enter the intersection with N 25th St. I have witnessed numerous near-accidents/honked horns here. Maybe another round about or another traffic controlling device would be appropriate here.

A light or a circle is needed before someone is killed.

I recommend a no-parking sign on the northwest corner of 25th St, to keep one car-length free just before the intersection. We live on this corner and have already pruned the tree on 25th St. nearest that corner (in response to a similar complaint last summer), and it is no longer obstructing visibility. But with the parking density in the neighborhood now, there is often a car parked near or in the crosswalk area just before the corner, and this completely obstructs visibility of oncoming southbound traffic on 25th St., if you are headed east on Clay. And that traffic, including trucks and buses, really guns the speed after the prior traffic light at Leigh.
A circle would be best of all, to prevent cars on either street from accelerating into the intersection.
