Leesville Church is a deadend at this point and is directly adjacent to the entrance to the parking area for the Pine Hollow Middle School Softball field parking lot. Debris and garbage is being dumped which needs to be picked up. The school system tells me that this is not school system property so would fall to the City of Raleigh. We would also like a sign put there at indicates no dumping and perhaps a fine for doing so. I understand there are such signs other places.
