Extremely large telephone poles are placed poorly along Old Wilmington RD without regard to aesthetics of homeowner's property. Instead of having them placed at the corner of the property like others are they are lined up in the middle of the property (taking away from curb appeal of the house). Also, the remaining work to cleanup the old ones has not been addressed for 2 years. Both the new poles and mangled old ones are a huge eye sore for the whole neighborhood. As I understand these extremely hideous poles and power lines have been put in to accommodate the new industry in the area. If you ask me the new industry should have foot the bill to have the power lines buried.
