citizen called to inform of abandoned cars in this area, near riverside from the downtown expressway.. BMW has window from passenger side, down, and side of car is damaged. car behind it, has expired tags... leaves may be under some of the cars as a result of street cleaning..he is requesting we resolve this issue asap.
