On the corner of Haines ct. & Concord street the pole was hit by a vehicle over a year ago, and the street light was never replaced, it is pitch black on this section of street, it is so dark that neighbors tell me they are afraid to walk down the alley at night, and because theres no light now gangs of thugs hang out at that corner.
