Thanks for your rapid response. I know for sure that the car at the back on the right has been there for at least a year. The diagonal one at the front that is actually coming out onto the sidewalk has it's rear passenger side wheel missing and is clearly blocking any way of the other two cars from coming out so I assume they are all three abandoned.

Google Maps confirmed this house as 711 Yanceyville St. It is right behind 116 Cypress Street and 627 or 623 5th Avenue. I suspect the property is owned by the owner of one of these houses.

I was going to post this too. It is definitely a hazard to avoid if walking due to having walk in the street to get around.
