Sorry -the issue is not closed. The leaves are in front of my house as I write. Perhaps you went to another address. Please send crew to Townsend Ave, specifically the block from Florence ave to Parker Place and you will see a few houses that have leaf bags in front. Hope we can resolve this before the bags rot completely out at the bottom. Thank you
