The city has still not plowed the sidewalk, thereby violating its own law requiring that sidewalks and walkways be cleared no more than 24 hours after the end of the snowstorm. Of course, this makes it easy, then, for the city not to enforce this law when residents and other property owners also fail to comply with this law. And when the city piles all the snow up at the crosswalks, who needs plowed sidewalks, anyway.
