Description
I am a disabled senior. I shovel snow early and repeatedly because I can only handle a few inches at a time. My sidewalk was clear and had been cleared 3 times when the city plow covered it entirely with 2 feet of road snow. This has happened repeatedly every year, in spite of calls and trying to enlist the help of the mayor and council members. Our sidewalk is directly connected to the roadway; we have no lawn extensions. Please send a crew out here to clear it a.s.a.p. I take the ADA seriously and there are people using wheelchairs on this street.

Residents are responsible to maintain walks against the effects of the weather/nature. You failed to address that problem here my friend. He/we need you to clean the mess you create or stop creating it. that's the issue. now please explain What changes will be made to prevent or clean up after this burdensome mess. You are responsible for any injuries that result from your actions or lack there of not the Resident, specially now that you been publicly informed.
So what exactly will be done to fix (not explain away) this problem?
