As of 4/12/10, 6:50 p.m., I have reported this issue directly to the City of Bellevue, Operations & Maintenance Divison for response and resolution. Maintenance staff will be dispatched.

Issue has been resolved. On 4/12/10 8:03pm, the City of Bellevue's street maintenance crew mitigated the pothole and a work order has been created to complete the repair. For additional information email O&MSupport@bellevuewa.gov and reference work order #12918.
