Description

The sidewalk has subsided substantially and there is a water shutoff valve cover that is elevated 6 inches above the sidewalk. It is an extreme tripping hazard. The subsidence also creates a depression in which water is trapped. That water freezes and makes the sidewalk unsafe. Please fix these issues. The water valve issue is now urgent. It has been reported before. Eventually, the sidewalk should be relaid in the area.
