Hi. I moved to Framingham just this year and have received a notice from the Town to collect 2016 Excise Tax but when we pay online, we have to go thru kelleyryan.com.
I have never done this before and im cautious especially since im overseas right now. Maybe you can help me out on this.

We always paid our excise tax online, and it is definitely done thru KelleyRyan. I was skeptical at first as well, but it is the way they do it 😊

dont pay anything until you hear from the Town Clerk or some other as it sounds funky like someone may be trying to rip you off...I have never heard of that before. Do not give any info to anyone of your personal business. Wait for help.

If that is true, they need to change that.....and have something more official looking for people....if you see names and a yahoo address like that it sounds like a phishing item.......strange....never mind yahoo gets hacked a lot.

I have lived in MA for 10 years and I have always paid online through KelleyRyan as well. the link is on the town website. it is legit.
