Description

There is a malfunctioning stop light at N 18th Street and Broad Street in Shockoe Bottom. At 7:45 this morning I was traveling north on 18th street, and got in the Left turn lane but the Broad street light did not stop traffic to allow us to turn Left onto Broad Street to get to the I-95 on ramp. the light cycled to stop Westbound traffic on Broad street (which allowed the Eastbound Broad street traffic turn left onto N 18th Street), but it never turned green for us.

Eventually, I got in the right lane and the light did change to let us through after we had been skipped 5 times.

It seems like the trigger is not working or the light does not cycle to let the 18th Street traffic through.
