the 311 mobile app. We do continue to monitor to make sure that we log any City issues.
PublicStuff is our mobile app that is integrated with the 311 Center. Service request #3103132 has been created in our PublicStuff system and the Police Department has been notified.

Closed City of Evanston (Registered User)
Service request #2182860 has been closed/completed. Traffic Engineering has addressed this issue and the Traffic Signals have been put back in normal operation as of 12/14/2016.
