I have removed the option for submitting an "Internal Maintenance Request". That option was intended to be used for internal HMS business, not maintenance issues inside of a home. I apologize for any confusion.
In The Del Mar Club at Harbins, this app is intended to be used to report issues on common area including the pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, and the monument and flowers at the entrance.
