Description

On the corner of Grattan and Ashgrove, 2nd driveway down on the left handside mattresses and other garbage has remained near the garage despite contacting the Health Dept. many times. This has been going on for months. Last time I spoke to them they said they were going to start fining the person. Nothing seems to be acted upon about this situation.
