These streets have been plowed but our very difficult to get trucks thru with vehicle parked on both sides.

If the plows can't fit through (which I guess they actually can since it was finally plowed) then the city should have called for a snow emergency and towed vehicles not parked in accordance with the rules of alt side parking. We go through this EVERY snow storm, even when the street used to only have parking on one side.
