Description

This dog just sits in all weather--freezing cold or rain--in the backyard barking at all hours nonstop. I've counted 36 barks a minute and over 2,000 in an hour. When the dog barks all day and night, you can imagine the noise. At least five neighbors have reached out to this neighbor, yet the dog is still left outside to bark. The dog is owned by 1122 Linden Ave. For some reason I'm unable to enter that address in the map.
