I'm wondering how the Detroit Land Bank can afford to have the trees on these lots cut out from these lots yet not other lots that are owned by them.

It has been directed to the Detroit Land Bank and they have not answered. So now it's in the City of Detroit's pocket since the Land Bank is Run by the City.
