Description

When the red/yellow lights come on and a pedestrian tries to cross vehicles keep coming. This AM a person was trying to cross from one side of Wilson to the other. Vehicle comes out of Cloutman takes left toward Wilson then right on Wilson and DOES not look at the pedestrian light. This happens too many times for comfort. Placement of this signal is not good--a study should be done to correct these lights before someone is killed trying to cross the street.; The light has already turned red/yellow when this happens.
