County waste has been picking up trash from the apartment building between 2:30 and 3:00 in the morning, waking up neighborhood residents. I know this has been an issue in other places, but every Wednesday without fail, they are here waking us up too.

Count's Waste (845)355-4500 does this Myrtle and South Lake Avenue every Wednesday at 3:30am. They back up down the street and go through red lights and hit parked cars. I witnessed it today. Several moving violations on top of the noise that woke me up.
