Description

The southbound on-ramp from 38th Ave N to I-275 is LOADED with trash...much of it recyclables. The same is true of other on-ramps to I-275, in particular the northbound entrance from 5th Ave N. The City of St Pete desperately needs an anti-litter program with stiff fines...or better yet, mandatory community service for littering offenders to PICK UP trash along streets and highways. There seems to be a culture of "it's OK to make the world my trash can." Maybe the cameras that were discarded from the intersection red light project could be re-furbished to catch trashy people.
