DPU Streetlights does not maintain lights on private property. Lights within parking lots are private and are maintained by Dominion Virginia Power. This issue has been reported to Dominion Virginia Power on your behalf. This ticket is being closed since it is not a City of Richmond maintained street light. Thank you.
