This is appalling and embarrassing for the City of Richmond to ignore. Please clean this up properly soon!

Respectfully requesting that these mounds of trash, furniture and misc. household items be picked up in a timely manner and the owner/ occupants be cited for littering and illegal dumping. This misuse of alleyways as personal dumps is unacceptable and is viewed as blight to the surrounding neighborhood.

This new service has been a discussion item in the neighborhood. All concerned with the change over and this response validates our concerns. We already want SeeClickFix back. This issue has been reported twice and endorsed. SeeClicikFix item number 3116320. It is not always possible to describe all the debris in the alleys a photo upload needs to be include as well as smartphone app.
