Our Code Enforcement Officer has issued a warning and a fine for the offense. I will forward this to them again for review.
We might also suggest that simply approaching the neighbor and having a easy-going conversation over your concerns may be the fastest and most productive means for getting this fixed quickly. The City is bound by specific rules and laws and that can take some time before we can properly rectify concerns.
Sometimes, good old fashioned neighborly chat can prove to be the best (and quickest) solution.
